Rates
The Lookout has 9 Standard bungalows and 3 Superior bungalows. Superior
bungalows are approximately 25% larger than our Standard rooms and contain
a queen size bed and either a double or single bed.
- All Standard bungalows have one queen size bed.
- Additional single beds are by request based upon availability.
- All bungalows have vaulted tropical hardwood ceilings with ceiling fans.
- All bungalows have large hot water showers and private patios.
- Rates are per room, per night, 1 or 2 people.
- Daily rate includes our tropical breakfast.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Room rates are per room, single or double occupancy, including breakfast.
All rates are in US dollars and do not include 16.39% Govt. taxes. Third person
in room add $20.00 per day. No charge for children under three years of age.
Children ages 4 – 12 pay an additional $14.00 per day when sharing the room
with adults.
- PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE without prior notice
– Reservations require a deposit:
– One night’s accommodation for stays of 1-3 nights
– Two night’s accommodation for stays of 4 or more nights
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
– 100% refund of deposit if you notify us 21 days or more before your
arrival date
– 50% refund of deposit if you notify us 10-20 days before your arrival date
– NO refund of deposit if you notify us 9 days or less before your arrival date.
No refund of deposit if you notify us less than 14 days before arrival for
Christmas/New Year and Easter bookings.
– The mandatory Hotel and Tourist Industry tax imposed by the government of
16.39% will be added to your accommodation bill.
– A government required 10% Service Charge is added to restaurant and
bar bills.
